What the order allows

Read from the signed order. We can only use the methods the judge authorized — confirm each one and correct any identifier that was read wrong.
The caption is how the case is styled on the documents; the party being served is who the order says to serve (often, but not always, the caption defendant).

Approve the messages

One draft per channel, written from the order and your documents. Edit anything, then approve each one. We send exactly what you approve — no more, no less.
Email: the PDFs are attached and a tracked download link is included. Text and social messages carry the tracked download link.

The message states only what the order directs: the authority, the case, the documents, and the certified process server's name and Texas certification number (inserted when it is sent — it depends on who is assigned). It deliberately contains no contact information and does not invite a reply. Email is transmitted through a tracked mail service; text and social-media messages are sent by our team by hand and screenshot-captured. Every transmission is time-stamped and the return of service attaches the record.

Mailing & posting

Orders often pair electronic service with a certified mailing or a copy affixed to the door. We read those from the order too — confirm the address and we'll handle them in the same job.
